3. ACQUISITIONS & VALUATION
All creations listed are subject to availability. VAELEN reserves the absolute right to revise product compositions, modify rounded pricing structures, or decline service to any acquisition request that does not align with our distribution standards, corporate integrity, or brand prestige.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our creations are intellectual and artistic statements; their interaction with the individual is unique.
5. GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you creations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the highest frameworks of international luxury commerce. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the premium commercial courts.
