Refund policy
Due to the exquisite and personal nature of our luxury fragrances, we strictly accept returns or exchanges only under exceptional circumstances: if the product arrives damaged during transit, possesses a manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect item was delivered.
To qualify for a return, the issue must be reported to our concierge within 24 hours of delivery. While the outer shipping box may be opened for inspection, the fragrance bottle itself must remain entirely unused, unsprayed, and preserved in its original premium presentation box with all structural elements intact.
